DEVELOPMENT

Product - Solution Fit

Our goal is to take validated solutions and turn them into stand alone, scalable products. We use an iterative development cycle, consisting of two-week sprints. These short work cycles allow us to address current priorities, adapt to changes as they occur, and enable ongoing concept validation.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PLANNING

The product development plan will refine the look and feel of the product, while detailing technical aspects. This includes outlining user experiences, underlying data structures, software architecture, and security requirements. This is used to keep the project on track and to maintain transparency throughout the project’s build time.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In our experience, an agile workflow is the most efficient path to a project's success. Projects are organised into smaller, manageable segments and assigned to teams. This allows us to adapt to changes during the course of the project and address problems as they arise. This method is easy to track; keeping us accountable and our clients in the loop.

CODE, BUILD, TEST

With testing at the core of our development process, and development versions of each project available at any time, you can be sure that your software will be fully functional before going live. Following a release, we monitor performance and user behaviour. Any new learnings can be incorporated into upcoming sprints. This ensures an adaptive build environment, based upon real user behaviour and data analytics.

CLIENT REVIEW

The end of each sprint cycle includes a review of that sprint with the client. This is a chance to not only review progress of the product, but also communicate learnings about the product, users or the market. For new features and change requests we will analyse the changes on the system, the underlying structure required and how this will affect the user experience.
